ZAC lifetime self drilling roof fasteners with neoprene washers are a standard feature, with no additional costs, on Austin Building Systems, Inc. steel / metal buildings. The zinc caps can come to match roof color or come as standard galvalume finish. The neoprene washer stops rust and streaking, and provides a tight seal.

Our standard pricing includes self drilling wall fasteners with neoprene washers color capped to match your wall color selection. They provide a tight seal and prevent rust streaks or running.

Upgrading to ZAC wall fasteners can be requested, but usually are not required for wall sheets.
